Hospital Security Officer

Job Description: Hospital Security Officer

City Group aims to provide high quality services designed to professionally support customers (Public and Private Sectors) in the provision of security and cleaning. Our aim is to create a unique client experience, enabling us to both retain and grow our market share.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activities
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
- Conduct thorough inspections of the property to identify potential security risks or hazards
- Write detailed reports on incidents, accidents, or any unusual activities observed during shifts

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a security officer or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures is a plus
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time

MAYBO and PMVA training - not essential as this will be provided
