Clinical Psychologists

Specialist Macmillan Clinical Psychologists Band 8a within the Psycho-oncology Service, Physical Health Psychology, LPFT.

A unique opportunity has arisen enabling the employment of three Band 8a Macmillan Clinical Psychologists within the Psycho-oncology Service in Lincolnshire that provides specialist help for adults with cancer across Lincolnshire both within the community and in hospital. Applications are invited from enthusiastic individuals to join an innovative, specialist countywide service. Experience of working with individuals with acute and chronic physical ill-health is essential as is a passion for working flexibly with people with serious illness.

Although preference will be given to individuals appropriate for 8a posts, enquiries would be welcomed from those individuals' seeking employment in this specialist area including trainees who are soon to qualify and Clinical Psychologists who are keen to progress in their careers. Areas of specialist knowledge are especially welcomed. Full and part time opportunities are being offered plus the option to work in additional areas of physical health including ME/CFS, Long Covid and Paediatric Diabetes.
