An exciting opportunity to join the leadership team within Infrastructure Services at Cheshire & Wirral Partnership Trust. The Head of Facilities role is located within the main Facilities base just outside Cheshire Oaks and encompasses travel to all the Trust's sites throughout Cheshire East, West and Wirral.

This post is a permanent full time position - 37.5 hours / week. The Facilities team is a well respected team within the Trust, providing a wide range of services in support of clinical services. With strong customer focus this represents an exciting opportunity to lead and represent the Facilities team within the Trust.

Provide senior leadership, direction and be responsible for strategic development to the directly provided and contracted Facilities Services within the Trust ensuring that quality and financial (VFM) objectives are met. Be accountable, support and advise the Associate Director Infrastructure in all aspects of 'soft Facilities Management'.

Contribute to the delivery of key performance targets, service developments and strategy and pro-active resource management within available resources to specified targets and standards in line with the Trust's strategic objectives.

Ensure that all Facilities' services are designed, developed and delivered with the patient as a primary focus as customer.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.
