- Gather mortgage fees and other data from customers.
- Use computers to input and analyze the collected data.
- Prepare mortgage documents.
- Obtain mortgage quotes from banks and other lenders.
- Explain the terms of a mortgage to customers.
- Gather, analyse, and interpret mortgage information for customers.
- Sell mortgages to individuals and companies.

**Salary**: £19,759.46-£75,710.57 per year
