Remote, United Kingdom Placing Faces Full time

**A growing mortgage company with an office in Central London is looking to take on a handful of advisors on, over the coming months. They have established a relationship with couple of really strong introducers that are providing them leads.**

The role is fully remote but you can use the London office if you please. The firm is directly authorised, so no network taking a cut from your commission.

**The Leads;**
- They are tee'd up for the mortgage broker
- As a mortgage broker, you can expect 15-20 remortgage leads pcm, and 10-15 new purchase leads pcm.
- The conversion rate is high with good brokers seeing a 30%+ conversion rate on them.
- Alongside the leads provided, you will be expected to do some self-generating/bring some clients.

**Commission;**
- 50% / 50% split on leads provided. 70% commission for any business that the mortgage broker self generates.
- The OTE is 65k-80k, but much depends on the advisor. From the leads alone, you can expect to write 100k+, so add your self-gen business to it, and the OTE is easily achievable.

**Perks offered by the business;**
- No monthly fees. All costs covered by the company, marketing, compliance etc.
- Admin option. They have a freelance administrator that you can use as you please for a small fee, per case.
- Flexibility to work your own hours.

**Experience Required;**
- You must currently be a mortgage advisor, or have previous experience as an advisor (with a good reason for leaving the market).
- 1 year minimum experience as a mortgage broker
