**Hours**: Sundays 9.45am-2.15pm until August 2024, Tuesdays 3.45pm-9.15pm until March 2024 with the potential to pick up more hours along the way

We’re all about boosting self-esteem, revving up confidence, and helping our youth navigate the maze of life. We’re not your typical youth zone - we’re a bit quirky, a lot of fun, and entirely dedicated to youth empowerment. If you’re ready for a groovy adventure and want to be part of our wellbeing project, keep reading.

**The Role**:
Picture this: Project groups that tackle everything from self-esteem to personal goals, friendships to relationships. We’re in the business of making young people’s lives better, and we want you to join the crew. We need someone who can dance to the beat of change, rock empathy like a superhero cape, and be as friendly as a puppy at a picnic. This role is all about working with our fantastic young people, especially those with unique needs. If you’re all about youth, this is where you need to be.

**What is expected of you**:

- You’ll be the rockstar facilitator for project groups that help young people be the best versions of themselves.
- One-on-one workshops that make a difference in the lives of our young people.
- Creating a vibe that’s welcoming to all.
- Adapting to the unique needs and vibes of our young people.
- Teaming up with our Hive to fine-tune our sessions for maximum awesome.
- Being the go-to for young people who need a little extra TLC, especially those with extra uniqueness.
- Never stop growing - participate in training and development opportunities.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Experience working with young people, ideally in a similar role.
- Empathy is your middle name, and your superpower is connecting with young people.
- You’re friendly, patient, and adaptable - just like a superhero.
- Youth wellbeing is your jam, and you’re ready to spread love.
- Sundays from 9:45 am to 2.15pm? No problem You’re up for it.
- And those Tuesday evening gigs? You’re on board for those too.
- If you’re up for extra adventures, you might join our bank staff and get in on the party action, covering holidays and bringing the fun during our holiday club.
- Bonus points if you’ve got some qualifications or training in youth work, counselling, or related awesomeness.
