Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- To produce delivery notes for customers in an accurate and timely fashion to allow the driver to meet his book in/delivery times.
- Raise delivery notes from worksheets ensuring that all information included on the delivery note is accurate and ready in time for the order to be despatched.
- Check the truck sheets to ensure that the case count is correct per the worksheet and delivery note.
- Debrief drivers on their return and ensuring all paperwork has been completed and report any anomalies in paperwork to relevant departments.
- Inform relevant departments of any returns.
- Other general admin duties and willingness to assist on production lines as and when required.

Person Specification
- Ability to organise and plan own workload.
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with both internal & external customers.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced or Intermediate Excel Qualification is preferred.

Hours of work 2pm - 6pm Monday - Friday - 20 hours per week.

Temporary contract for 3 months with potential to be extended.
