Distribution & Credit Solutions specialises in delivering innovative finance and risk management solutions for clients' cross-border trade transactions. We have extensive experience in arranging, underwriting and advising on major syndicated secured and unsecured trade, export finance transactions and trade flow transactions. Additionally, the team will support the growing need of project finance and Lending teams in terms of de-risking.
You will support our global Trade Finance and Lending franchise, de-risking syndicated or bilateral trade related loans, on a secured or unsecured basis, for corporates and financial institutions across the globe.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Syndicating and underwriting structured trade finance and lending transactions such as long-term Export Credit Agency (ECA) covered finance transactions, Natural Resource Finance transactions, project finance transactions with a focus on renewables and energy transition transactions and unsecured loans for large corporates
- Sourcing secondary market assets for the Bank’s portfolio with constant market contact with other banks
- Using a variety of different hedging and de-risking techniques including bank syndications, outright sales, insurance solutions, credit default swap, securitisation and repackaging to provide liquidity and eliminate/ mitigate obligor cross-border risks
- Providing market pricing and risk mitigation strategies across all trade finance products
- Supporting the team in reporting duties (including Compliance, Anti-Financial Crime, Customer relationship management, Resale Price Method, Trade & Syndications)
**Your skills and experience**
- Relevant experience in loan markets or active distribution of all type of trade finance assets in the financial services industry, with strong knowledge of trade and trade related loan products and structures to create de-risking strategies and place those transactions with a diversified landscape of investors
- Track record in syndicating loans with good understanding of the global investor market in particular
- Operational knowledge of the primary & secondary market investors landscape (financial institutions, insurers, institutional investors/ alternative investors) and processes
- Team player, sharing market information and involving others
- Excellent organisation skills, with strong capacity for autonomy and ability to work very precisely
