- You will be helping to support disabled children and young people. **you'll**
**be doing as a Volunteer Play Worker**:

- You will be helping to support disabled children and young people. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a rewarding role, and gain a strong sense of achievement.- You will be working as part of a team supporting the provision of an exciting and challenging programme of activities in a safe and stimulating environment for children/young people with a range of disabilities/additional needs such as autism, behavioural, learning and emotional difficulties
- Working in partnership with parents/carers.
- Encouraging the children to play adventurously, creatively and imaginatively, to enable them to obtain the full benefit of the facilities provided by the service.

- Be able to demonstrate a commitment to working in partnership with parents/carers, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
