My client, a Luxury FMCG Brand is looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their expanding team. The company has recently been going through a large amount of growth throughout their business.
This role will put you at the heart of the business, giving you a great overview of how it works and getting you working closely with teams across the business.
- Enter and manage purchase orders for the ISMEA team, ensuring that these are input to the system and authorised in advance of the spend being committed.
- Champion the purchase order process and provide ad hoc support to the Commercial teams on purchase order queries.
- Posting of all journals relating to our team and review of postings each month for accuracy and completeness.
- Responsible for running the Goods Received Not Invoiced monthly report and monitoring aged items on the report.
- Be the Reporting system expert providing ongoing training and support for Commercial team members.
- Support the monthly reporting process with financial analysis and provide ongoing support to the Richmond based Commercial Finance team.
- Support the team on short and long term planning processes as required.
- Provide ad hoc support to the commercial and finance teams.
- Own commercial reporting processes and outputs on depletions and brand performance across the ISMEA region. Collate and consolidate data from markets, for subsequent submission to Group Finance and the MEISC team.
- Qualified to degree level and working towards a finance professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA), or equivalent
- Advanced excel skills
- Strong communication
- Keen eye for detail, data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to effectively organise and plan ahead
