Thomas Locksmiths are seeking an Accounts / Admin Assistant to work with our Finance Manager to assist in carrying out daily duties in a friendly working environment, working as part of a team at our head office in Hove.
**Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications**
- Thorough attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in a group and on their own
- Strong organisational skills
- Excel skills
- Sage experience
**Job Description / Responsibilities**
- Processing Invoices (Sales & Purchases)
- Credit control
- Setting up new accounts
- Dealing with account queries
- Dealing with post
- Filing
- Updating records
- Admin duties
**Salary**: £20,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hove: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
