**About Our Client**:
You will be working with a well established organisation offering your skills and expertise on a temporary basis with the possibility of going permanent.

**The key responsibilities**:

- Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters, supporting managers in dealing with complex casework, performance, attendance and employee relations issues.
- Delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.
- Maintaining a clear understanding and providing up to date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates; developing HR policies in line with current legislation and keeping abreast of modern HR procedures and best practice
- Compliance management
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- At least CIPD Level 5 qualified - ideally working towards Level 7
- Previous experience within a partnering role or at least senior HR advisor
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas, especially organisation development, change management, and employee relations.
- IT Proficient
- A deep knowledge of HR programs, practices and employment law.
