**About the job**:
We are now looking to appoint a People Business Partner who will provide leadership, advice and deliver technical/professional input into the range of projects allocated to the People function, including learning and development, EDI and workplace.

**Your profile**:
The role will report into the Associate Director of People and Workplace and will be responsible for overseeing the range of people management advisory services for the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring that services are modernised, streamlined and rendered a more efficient and effective services for ETF, and advise the AD People and Workplace on people issues as they arise, within existing remit.
- In accordance with CIPD requirements, be educated to degree level or equivalent, together with a post-graduate qualification and full CIPD membership.
- Demonstrable experience of having managed a range of employee lifecycle services in an efficient yet customer-focused fashion.
- Experience of building effective working relationships for mutual realisation of benefits.
- Significant evidence of managing specific HR programmes of work: recruitment; employee relations; succession; assessment/selection; EDI; managing change and restructuring.
- Demonstrable experience of leading consultations.
- Demonstrable experience of drafting, including policies, procedures, processes (eg desk instructions) and communications.
- Demonstrable experience of leading and developing a range of professional multi-disciplinary HR team members.
