**What we need from you**

Reporting to the Framework Manager of our Scotland Region, you will work closely as part of our Business Development team alongside our Proposal Manager and Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to create high quality submission documents that help the business to win work.
- You will need the right to work in the UK.
- Are you an experienced proposals coordinator with knowledge of the tendering process?
- An **essential** requirement of our Bid Coordinator is **Adobe Creative Suite**, or as a minimum
- The ability to research our projects and clients to demonstrate an understanding of our client's key drivers and to communicate our differentiators and approach.
- Our Bid Coordinators assist Bid Writers and/or Proposals Manager with PQQ/RFT responses, working to maximise marks
- You will be responsible for creating all graphics, (including logistics/sequence drawings, bespoke covers and dividers, and graphics), therefore graphic design experience is key.
- Co-ordinate bid input from a variety of stakeholders and ensure timely submission and where necessary, document printing, binding, and dispatch.
