**About the role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Data & Insights team as a Data Insights Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in setting up tracking mechanisms using Google Tag Manager, creating insightful dashboards in Google Looker Studio, and then analysing and reporting on the performance of accounts to provide key insight and deliver client value and performance improvement.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Set up and configure Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics 4 for client websites
- Ensure accurate data collection for key performance indicators and events relevant to client objectives.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Google Looker Studio to visualise data and insights for client accounts.
- Collaborate with the team to identify key metrics and create user-friendly reports.
- Generate forecasts for clients based on expected performance of the account strategy.
- Analyse data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights for optimising client digital marketing strategies and provide value beyond the results.
- Interpret data and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
- Communicate findings and insights to internal teams and clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends and updates related to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and delivering value through Insight as a whole.

**What do we expect from you**
- 2+ years experience in relevant digital analytics and analysis roles with 3+ years industry experience.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio is essential.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to learn new software & techniques quickly and then train others
- Basic understanding of one or all of HTML, JavaScript, Python and CSS is a plus.
