This will be an office-based role working 22.5 hours per week - can be flexible on what thislooks like - and will pay between £25,000 - £36,000 (pro-rata) depending on experience.
Main responsibilities/duties
- Delivering a safe, secure, comfortable, clean, ergonomically well organised building that presents a welcoming and on brand experience for service users
- Providing safe and appropriate, well-functioning work equipment
- Ensuring services such as photocopying etc are effective and available at the point of need
- Making sure the necessary consumables are available - stationery, food, drinks, medical supplies at the point of need
- Handling petty cash, helping manage budgets, dealing with invoices
- PA or EA support to the person leading the service to whom they report
- The person in a large service may manage others who support them in their role
- Setting up visits and events and meetings
- Diary management
- Support with budgeting
- To be responsible for the health & safety of the site and provide a safe and effective working environment
- Undertake risk assessments
- Supervise repairs and act as project manager for small maintenance contracts and improvement schemes, ensuring best value for money is received
- Carrying out regular checks and inspections of the premises, equipment, and grounds
If you have previous experience working in either facilities, health and safety, senior administration or worked as an On-Site Manager/Office Manager then we would love to hear from you.
