**Responsibilities**:

- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential security threats
- Respond to emergencies, such as medical incidents or security breaches, and take appropriate action
- Conduct investigations into incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries or concerns
- Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities

**Skills**:

- Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
- Experience in surveillance techniques to detect and prevent unauthorized activities
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
