We support flexible working requests and have adopted a hybrid approach for most of our office-based roles. We ask employees to be present in the office at least three days per week.

**JOB TITLE: DEPLOYMENT HUB RECRUITER SUPPORT**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- To provide administrative support to the Deployment Hub in line with company process and procedures to meet internal and external customer deliverables.
- Provision of services to support Deployment Hub Recruiters to deliver customer requirements effectively.
- Maintain data to support personnel database including but not limited to.
- Personnel certification
- Personnel personal details
- Personnel mobilisation
- Personnel contracts
- Arrange accommodation, raising Purchase Orders through Oracle.
- Maintain company systems to a high standard i.e. ATS, Ad-hoc and Absence portals, RDB etc.
- Booking of relevant training where required.
- Maintain credit card logs as received within department specified deadline.
- Working with the Commercial team to maintain accurate client coding.
- Meeting medevacs and escorting to company medical provider(s) as required.
- Support Deployment Hub with any required Administration tasks.
- Participate in Operations On call Team.
- Proactively support Horizon Zero and Company Health and Safety initiatives.
**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:
- Good secondary/tertiary education.
- Familiar with and understand the company Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Good time management.
- Ability to organise workload in order to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work as a team member and liaise effectively with staff at all levels.
- Effective problem solving and analytical skills.
- Awareness of project commercial and cost control issues.
- Ability to liaise with internal teams, offshore personnel and Client effectively.
- Capable of working on own initiative and with mínimal supervision.
- Operational experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Oracle experience would be an advantage.
- Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Access, and PowerPoint.
