**Purpose**: The Operations Admin Support will be a professional who supports the Ryton management team to ensure administrative tasks are completed on time within the Organization, providing general admin support to Millboard Ryton site management. Reporting to the Operations Administrator/EA they will provide general admin support and act as point of contact in the absence of the Operations Administrator/EA.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update administrative materials and resources
- Assist with drafting documents, preparing reports
- Collate, prepare, scan, organise and store information in paper and digital form
- Support management team
- Sort and distribute post
- Data entry
- Note taking
- Place purchase orders, monitor lead times
- Liaise with suppliers
- Other general administration duties as may be required
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of administrative processes
- Undertake appropriate personal and professional development activities in order to deliver best practice

**Person Specification**:

- Experience of providing effective clerical and administrative support
- Advanced knowledge, understanding and competence using Microsoft office skills
- Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of SAP, ClickUp would be a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines with a ‘can do’ approach
- Diplomatic and reliable
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Minimum 1 year admin experience or working in an office environment
