Within this Sales Support position, you will be integral to the success of the department, using spreadsheets to accurately provide and store data, managing sales information around products and subscriptions, whilst also updating client information andcompany relations.
This Sales Support role would suit someone from a technology support or sales support background although you need no sales experience, that has a keen interest in technology with a high degree of administration skills. **Your responsibilities as a Sales Support**:
- Provide support around various Cisco services, including promotions, process’s, structure, and pricings
- Issues, chase and oversee contract renewals and discussions with exciting partners and clients
- Oversee the subscription function regarding Cisco technology for existing clients
- Provide a high-class customer service to clients
- Use internal systems to collate and store key information
- Respond to customer requests and provide support where possible
- Providing quotes and support to clients regarding renewals and obtaining signed contracts
- Providing status report to internal teams and be confident to attend meetings
- A knowledge or understand of renewal contracts and providing quotations to customers and clients
- Holds a high degree of workload management and administration skills
- A willingness to understand the technical side of the role
- Computer literate - with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel
- A strong communicator across all levels
- An understand of Cisco would be an advantage but not essential
