We now have an excellent opportunity for a Performance and Review Officer within the Youth Justice Service.

The Youth Justice Service work with children who have perpetrated offending behaviour. This includes providing help and support to children, their families and the victims of the offending behaviour.

**Your next role**

In this key position, you will provide performance data and analysis to the Youth Justice Service to support improvements in performance and efficacy whilst promoting and supporting effective partnership working through data collaboration, providing support to managers on a broad range of data and performance issues.

You will understand the profile and needs of our client group and develop detailed reports and analysis to deliver to the Youth Justice Service Board and the wider council priorities. You will also lead on specific information projects, the development of datasets and the production of statistical returns to appropriately reflect the needs of the Youth Justice Service priorities.

This information will allow the Youth Justice Service to work to improve outcomes for children, families and victims, reducing the risk of serious harm and likelihood of offending behaviour within the community. You will liaise with front line Youth Justice Service staff and service managers and help provide a high quality, professional service to improve outcomes for victims, children, young people and families.

Working in the role of Performance and Review Officer, you will contribute to the development of performance analysis and insight to meet changing needs within the service. You will get the opportunity to utilise a range of skills in data collection, analysis and presentation.

This role is 37 hours per week but we operate an agile working policy, allowing you to manage your own diary and work flexibly, including off-site/remote working.
