**The Role**:
We’re looking for an Insurance Administrator (Case Manager) to help support our growing team of insurance advisers. The role will include the following:
- Preparing and sending out customer documents.
- Liaising with GP surgeries and the insurers.
- Performing due-diligence and anti-money-laundering checks.
- Providing customers with updates and answering their questions.
- Putting policies into force, and ensuring customers receive their documents.
- Reinstating customer payments where direct debits have failed.
You will work as part of a team who are really like a family - we all help and support each other in this busy, challenging, but ultimately rewarding role.
**Must Haves**:
- A good command of the English language.
- A confident and clear phone manner.
- Proficient with a computer including outlook, word, and excel.
- A strong attention to detail and desire to do best by the customer at all times.
**Nice To Haves**:
- Experience doing administrative work in the financial services industry (e.g. banking, mortgages, insurance etc)

We are a very popular business which means dealing with lots of customers at any one time - so diary management and ability to cope with volume is key

**Salary, Bonus & Holiday**:
- Salary - £24,000
- Bonus - up to £400 per month in year 1
- Realistic earnings for year 1 - £28,000
- Bonus reviewed and increased after year 1 as reward for 12 months service
- 25 days paid holiday
