The Customer Service adviser will be required to carry out the following tasks:
Supporting with the processing of new starters including gathering employment compliance documentation, right to work, references, DBS checks etc.
- Communicating with applicants and new starters to the Council.
- Helping with recruitment campaigns including use of social media.
- Supporting managers with the recruitment process.
- Working within the recruitment system to deal with queries.
- Hybrid - Mainly working from home with the occasional requirement to come into County Hall at Matlock.
- The ideal applicant will have preferably worked within a transactional recruitment department previously.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
**Salary**: From £11.20 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus
