**Marketing Manager - International B2B FinTech Brand - London**
- Salary package - up to £50k Basic + Bonus and Full Benefits. Hybrid working (1 or 2 days in the London office)._

Amazing opportunity to join this fast-growing London based B2B FinTech brand as a Marketing Manager, helping to deliver the marketing strategy and execution for an exciting FinTech business that is in hyper-growth.

You will create and execute international marketing campaigns, carry out competitor analysis and help to plan and market events. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager in a fast paced and dynamic role.

**Main skills**:

- Ideally financial services / FinTech / B2B sector experience
- Strong copywriting skills
- Strong analytical, administrative and organisation skills
- Confident with web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc)
- Event management / event marketing experience preferable
- Experience with marketing automation software (eg Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, etc) would be preferable

**Main responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage, execute offline and online marketing campaigns as well as industry events, and report on performance and learnings
- Commission and manage projects, ensuring high quality, value-for-money results, in line with deadlines and brand guidelines
- Develop a deep understanding of our client base and services in order to tailor campaigns to the right audiences
- Liaise between the team and other relevant parties such as: sales, product and finance
- Liaise with external agencies and ensure project requests are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure the smooth-running of the production process, with particular responsibility for the accurate setting of copy, design and artwork
- Help to ensure deadlines are met and budgets managed efficiently
- Monitor competitor activity - and report on it
- Prepare and issue all paperwork required to monitor the progress of work - such as status reports
- Appreciation of the importance of legal and regulatory frameworks
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments as well as marketing best practices
