Job purpose

Supporting the development, coordination, and management of products and partnerships within our organization.

Key accountabilities
- Assist in the coordination of product development activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of product timelines.
- Manage partnerships within our ecommerce platform to enhance the member’s experience.
- Assist in the identification and onboarding of potential partners aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop relationships with existing and new partners to provide exclusive member event opportunities for members.
- Exclusive Events - Creating the event on the event platform and administering the event with attendees.
- Ensure new products are brought to market using the product development processes.
- Manage our Magic Monday campaign to offer members exclusive offers and incentives every Monday.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing partners, serving as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.
- Research, write, source, edit and publish accurate and effective online content for websites and e-marketing bulletins. Ensure all content has an appropriate and consistent tone of voice and follows house style guidelines; and that CSSC’s corporate identity and branding is safeguarded. At the same time showcase a fun, dynamic and vibrant CSSC offer.
- Maintain a level of cleanliness on the website by regularly reviewing webpages, deleting old or expired content to keep the site optimised and current.
- Support the product content team on an ad-hoc basis in content webpage creation.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Keen eye for detail and understanding of UX best practises
- Organised with good attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Problem solver, personable and positive attitude.
- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
- Ability to regularly communicate feedback on members to Key stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Experience working with Adobe Commerce and web content management
- Knowledge of ecommerce processes and SEO
- Knowledge of analytical tools such as Hotjar to track visitor behaviour
- Excellent communication skills to manage partnerships with existing ecommerce partners whilst also negotiating new ecommerce and Magic Monday offers
- Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team, project management, volunteer team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
