A talented PMO Coordinator is required by a dynamic and innovative organisation based in High Wycombe, working a hybrid model of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. My client, a leading organisation in their industry, are committed to delivering exceptional projects that drive their business forward. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMO professional to contribute to their success and work alongside a dedicated team.

***The PMO Coordinator will provide support to the PMO function and Director of PMO with the day-to-day delivery of a range of activities including but not limited to:

- Creating and maintaining active/live project library artefacts, project reports and project plans.
- Maintaining project management methods, project framework, standards and processes working in collaboration with CoE.
- Maintaining the Projects Prioritisation Process, arranging monthly meetings and tracking all Projects Backlog.
- Assisting and advising PMO team members on procedures, disciplines and recording and reporting requirements and advisory to wider IPC Business Project Managers and Initiative Leads.
- Tracking and Reporting risk, issue logs and change control logs, for all PMO managed projects.
- Adoption of relevant project management tools and guidance on use and best practice and Project Delivery Framework.
- Producing project status reports and coordinating the preparation of the monthly project's status report for ALL Strategic IPC Projects in-flight.
