Applications are invited for the above post within the Administration area of the Legal Services department.

The successful applicant will provide administrative support to all staff in the department. The role encompasses financial processes, collating documents, copying, typing and general administrative support.

**It is essential that applicants meet the following criteria**:

- Excellent communication, numeracy and literacy skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, in particular Word and Excel and excellent typing skills, including audio typing
- Good knowledge of IT software and systems
- The ability to work independently, using own initiative
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality on work undertaken within the department

**It is desirable that applicants meet the following criteria**:

- Knowledge/experience of using a case management system or be prepared to learn
- Previous office/administration experience

Hours of work are 14.5 per week (days to be discussed at interview). This post is offered on a permanent basis.
