Concept is a family run, leading provider of high-quality heating and retrofit systems across the UK. We specialise in designing and installing bespoke heating and insulation solutions for both residential and commercial clients.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our Q-Bot team. Q-Bot is our underfloor insulation solution. The Compliance Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that Concept complies with PAS 2035 in terms of paperwork and deadlines. This will involve reviewing and updating client's programme on a daily basis as well as collating all required documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Update various trackers
- Create Insurance Backed Guarantees
- Liaise with booking in surveys and installs with various teams
- Provide training to employees on compliance matters
- Monitor changes in regulations and standards and update policies and procedures accordingly particularly PAS2035
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance across the company
- General Admin for Q-Bot Team
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in an admin role
- In-depth knowledge of general construction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- High levels of organisation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel and other Office Products
- Ability to adapt to new processes and software
Training to be fully provided
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: £20,800.00-£24,960.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (required)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
