**Job Title. Senior Business Administrator**

Job Purpose: Working with the Finance Manager & reporting to the the business Directors in Helping to organise a busy accounts department, we are splitting a previous role covering two companies that supply business machines, service contracts and business finance to over 4000 customers nationwide. This opportunity for the right person could mature into a larger opportunity as the business grows.

**Job Duties**
- Lead and organise a small team of administrators
- Sales order Processing,
- ensuring the team hits weekly KPI's
- implementing Standard operating procedures
- Customer query handling with compliance checks and accurate data management.
- Sales invoicing and annual support contract processing, inter dept. liaison. Updating all departments on order status and delivery times.
- Inbound customer call handling and query resolution
- Ensures files are indexed, verified, and available in accordance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- Stock control management and weekly reordering to minimum levels
- General dept cover across all other disciplines to ensure weekly tasks are completed.
- We are a supportive, busy finance team of 8 reporting directly to the business owners and work in a lively, modern environment and seek like minded individuals that want to learn as part of a team to help grow the business.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
We are looking for an senior administrator who wants their next challenge who has functional competency in, Excel and Sage. Preferred knowledge of standard accounting practices and terminology, High degree of accuracy pride in work and ability to push work through and hit deadlines. Good analytical organisational, time management and communication skills to speak to customers and Directors to resolve issues, the ability to develop & Lead a team to coordinate multiple business tasks for our customers and dept members to ensure goods are ordered, received and delivered on time in a busy administration department. This is a dynamic role that can grow & change dependent on the right applicant as our business develops.

**Hours**

9.00am to 17.30 pm (1hr for Lunch).

Franking Sense is a living wage employer and can offer varied terms dependent on experience. Includes good holiday entitlement and pension scheme.
