**About Our Client**:
My client is a mixed comprehensive educational body based in the Metropolitan Borough of Bolton, Greater Manchester. This Not For Profit and Charities client is keen on developing knowledge and skills for the new modern world. the aim being to leave students with the confidence and skills needed for the real world. This educational body helps young people to understand how to be happy and to develop and maintain their own emotional, physical and mental well-being.

This a very basic finance role and will mainly focus on **financial administrative tasks** - this role is suitable for entry level with experience within a junior finance role. As a Finance Officer you will be responsible for but, not limited to:

- Sales Ledger
- purchase ledger
- processing invoices
- Preparation of the daily reporting
- Management of the AP inbox
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Assist team with ad-hoc reporting and requests

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Finance Officer will have:

- Exposure to working in Finance
- Finance Knowledge
- Proficient in Excel and strong IT skills
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Committed to the role and the tasks in hand
- Be able to reliably commute to Bolton

**What's on Offer**:
If made permanent successful Finance Officer will be entitled to:

- Term Time plus extra weeks
- 37 hours a week (Mon -Thurs 8am - 4pm, Fri 8am - 3.30pm)
