**Job Purpose**:
To provide administrative support

**Accountability**:
The post will report to the Sales and Events Manager (once back from maternity leave) and Sales and Marketing Director (during maternity leave).

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assisting the events team with a high number of events, ranging from small meetings, online events, to award ceremonies often managing many events at once.
- Attending both internal and external events and meetings when necessary, otherwise covering the inbox and assisting with the back-end and admin during events, acting as a second point of contact.
- Promoting events across social media platforms and updating event web content.
- Assisting with all aspects of event admin, including but not limited to: using database to export and filter relevant contacts, researching, call-rounds, sending out various mailouts and chase-ups.
- Supporting the events manager with logístical support including venue research, courier bookings etc.
- Maintaining accurate records of all bookings including: budget and PO, contracts, details of delegate bookings.
- Assisting with creative decisions on stands and purchasing merchandise.
- Ad-hoc duties at events including, but not limited to, guest list management, reception coverage, f&b assistance.
- Helping set up and dismantle company stands at the events efficiently, including merchandise and basic stand build. Packing etc.

**Essential requirements**:

- Experience of working with customer database systems (Ideally MS CRM)
- Experience of using Adobe Creative Cloud, i.e. Acrobat or Photoshop or Canva desirable

**Personality profile**:

- Effective organisational and prioritisation skills - ability to be proactive, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail - advance planning, forward-thinking, problem-solving
- Ability to work in a team and on their own without supervision
- Excellent communication skills

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

- Mitcham, CR4 2QA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
