**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**

**Essential**:

- Educated to degree level OR with higher diplomas in related fields OR significant experience.
- Structured approach to problem solving
- Awareness of the principles of electro-mechnical systems.
- Experience of system level engineering OR significant and varied component level development.
- Ability to analyse and draw conclusions from engineering data
- Experience of reading and understanding software control models or specification documents
- High level of general IT competence.
- Track record as an effective team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communications.
- Full driving licence
