Are you an administrator looking to join an expanding business?

My client is based in Billingham is looking for a Document Controller to join their team on a full time and permanent basis

Some of the main duties include:

- Create & Maintain document templates
- General administration duties when needed
- Liaising with employees from various departments
- Quality checking all documentation and communication
- Provide general administration support
- Ensuring the specified/required number of documents are submitted and that documents are transmitted as per the distribution list
- Follow document control procedures and update when necessary
- Archiving documentation recording and numbering appropriately to ensure everything is traceable
- Receive and register all incoming project related document transmittals
- Register and dispatch all outgoing project related document transmittals
- Ensure documents are issued in the appropriate manner as agreed with the client.

Skills required:

- Experience with Microsoft office
- General administrative duties
