**What will you do**

The Regulatory Digital Specialist is based in the Global Regulatory Affairs team and is responsible for supporting several digitalisation initiatives including IDMP (Identification of Medicinal Products) and Digital Product Data models cosmetic products. These programs are working to deliver digital readiness for formal regulatory agency requirements as well as ability to provide digital product information about our products to consumers. Regulatory processes are transitioning from document based submissions to digital data exchange and this requires a significant change in how we organize and manage our data. Consumers are also looking for more information on products, ingredients and sustainability and want to be able to provide that easily in a digital form, on demand. The regulatory digital specialist will play a key role on the teams in working to identify opportunities, leverage best practices for data management, deploy digital tools where needed and ensure we can deliver our business and compliance goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop proposals and recommendations for best practice for IDMP and product data model data procurement and management.
- Become the technical expert for data curation and life cycle management.
- Identify digital tools to optimize data management and develop business processes to deploy in practice.
- Partner with external technology solution vendor(s) to develop implementation plans, data migration and data management workflows and reporting.
- Design and lead data pilots and user acceptance testing as required.
- Provide objective assessments and reports on data pilots and vendor proof of concept tests.
- Effectively communicate proposals and progress to team and senior leadership.

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**
- Degree or Master’s Degree in engineering, computer science, data science of equivalent degree topic.
- Capability to characterize data and communicate results effectively.
- Interest to develop knowledge and experience in data analytics, data management and data strategy.
- 1-2 years experience working in in R&D, data analysis or Regulatory affairs, desirable.
- Strengths in communication skills to present technical data concepts clearly, internally and with external partners.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and across teams.
