Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage incoming and outgoing post
- Maintain office supplies and equipment Ensure phone etiquette is maintained at all timesSkills:

- Proficient in office procedures and clerical tasks
- Competent in using Google Suite for documentation and communication
- Strong data entry skills with accuracy and speed
- Ability to type efficiently-- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Computerise approach to handling office tasks

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
