**Scrum Master**

**Salary: Up to £60,000**

We have a brilliant opportunity here at Huboo to join us as an Scrum Master, working in an excellent environment in Central Bristol, with a great team of people.

Huboo are a technology led ecommerce fulfilment company, focused on helping online sellers grow their business by providing global fulfilment, we are VC funded and continue to grow at a rapid pace.

**The Scrum Master role**:
The Scrum Master will be accountable for supporting multiple software engineering teams in delivering product increments aligned to business objectives and strategy. They will also be required to coach teams on agile mindset, values and tools, whilst ensuring a value-orientated approach to delivering business outcomes.

**Key responsibilities for our Scrum Master**:

- Coaching the team and stakeholders on Agile values, championing the use of Agile practices and frameworks.
- In collaboration with others, support the team by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the team has clarity on vision and goals.
- Ensure transparent and predictable delivery of valuable outcomes, reporting on team progress towards goals, managing expectations and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Maintaining team focus by facilitating the removal of impediments and managing risks/ dependencies.
- Coaching teams to be collaborative, sustainable, value driven, flexible and self-sufficient with a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitating a culture of value-orientated delivery by coaching the Scrum Team on prioritisation techniques and approaches.
- Playing an active role in promoting Agile techniques and awareness across Huboo, and fostering an agile community within Agile Delivery.

**Requirements**:
**What we look for in our Scrum Masters**:
We are looking for a Scrum Master who is passionate about ‘being better’ with the ability to create and foster an appetite for continuous improvement. They must also have strong interpersonal skills and awareness with particular emphasis on listening, facilitation, and group dynamics.

**The key aspects we look for in our Scrum Masters**:

- 3+ years of experience in influencing organisations to adopt an Agile Mindset, Agile Values, Agile Principles, Practices and Processes.
- Experience gathered across markets, organisations and departments.
- Demonstratable experience in cultivating high-performing teams utilising Agile & Lean techniques.
- Deep knowledge of Agile Practices and Tools, across various flavours of Agile frameworks.
- Evidence of having operated effectively in an ambiguous environment and must have a demonstrated track record of effective servant leading multiple teams
- Experience in working across the full Software Development Life Cycle in a dynamic, ambiguous fast-paced environment.
- Ability to motivate and influence stakeholders and peer groups.
- A highly effective communicator and collaborator with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage the team, peers, and management.
