£11.00 negotiable depending on experience
Administration and customer service skills
hours full-time or part-time/ Flexible

Salary dependent on age experience and working schedule.
We are recruiting a Customer Service / Administrator.
The role includes
Liaising with landlord and tenants in relation to Property Repairs negotiating tenancy renewals carrying out property inspections showing tenants prospective properties arranging gas safety certificates etc
- Handling enquiries for lettings/liaising with applicants and landlords, organising and conducting viewings
- Assist in preparing contracts
- Processing documents
- Qualifying applicants / Registering on system
- Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper and digital form.
**Requirements**:

- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent telephone skills
- Highly organised, accurate and methodical
- Superior computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
