We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their inquiries and needs. This is a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well in a team environment

**Salary**: From £23,987.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
