A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a **Day** **Care Assistant** to join one of our well established care homes located in the heart of Poynton, Stockport. As Care Assistant you’ll work along your team of experienced Care and Senior and Management team to deliver outstanding quality, personalised care and support to our residents enabling them to live later life well.

**What you’ll be doing;**
- Respecting resident’s rights of choice, privacy and dignity.
- Supporting residents to remain as active as possible who have limited mobility or physical difficulties.
- Supporting residents with personal care and mealtimes
- Work as part of a team to promote key, consistent and effective working.
- Completing daily records using our care planning system to improve the personalisation and quality of care delivery for our residents.
