Customer Care Consultant

As the face of Millercare, you will be dealing directly with our growing customer base. The role of Customer Care Consultant is highly varied and no two days are the same; from assisting and advising customers to find the most suitable products for their needs in store, updating pricing and promotions, managing stock, to delivering products to the customers home, you will be involved in every aspect of making the Millercare customer experience a memorable one. The right attitude speaks louder still. We want you to sell with personality and pride so you’ll be confident and engaging, excellent at communicating and be passionate about our products. We can teach you the rest.

**Your essential skills and qualities**
- 2 years retail experience
- Full driving license and happy to drive a transit van
- Highly motivated
- A passion for exceeding customer expectations
- People Person
- Ready for a very different kind of retailing
- Willing to work at multiple branches

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Participating in the day to day running of a busy retail shop.
- Assisting and advising customers to find the most suitable product to meet their needs.
- Carrying out assessments in customers homes.
- Accurately handling cash, cheques and credit / debit cards.
- Delivering products to customers homes. (Involves some manual handling)
- Be involved in stock control management.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
