Customer Care Representative

Role Summary:nAn exciting opportunity has become available to join a fast-paced customer care function as a Customer Care Representative, working with a team of Customer Care Representatives supporting the Customer Care Manager on a range of Customer faced duties.nThis would be an excellent opportunity for a pro-active, hardworking individual to gain in-depth knowledge of the wider sales function.
Hours of Work:nMonday-Thursday: 9am-5pmnFriday: 9am-4pm
Key ResponsibilitiesnTo work together with other members of the Customer Care Department to ensure that the standard of service and support to Kersia personnel and their customers is of the highest consistency and quality.nTo answer the telephone in an efficient and pleasant mannernDevelop relationships with customers and sales consultants.nTo process sales orders placed by customers via telephone, email, fax, and EDI.nTo process sales reports for both customers and field-based employeesnSet up new customers after consultation with the finance department.nTo deal with telephone enquiries from customers and field-based employeesnGeneral admin duties as required.nTo maintain or have maintained all company property including computers, printers and telephones as required and to maintain their security.nTo always present themselves and the company in a professional mannernThe ideal candidate will be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work to deadlines and be able to effectively manage their workloadnTo cover Reception as and when necessary.
Skills and Experience RequirednHave previous experience working within Customer Care.nExperience of working in a busy environment.nDemonstrate excellent organisation, attention to detail and workload management.nBe able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.nGood arithmetic skills.nComputer literate with strong Excel and Outlook skills.nCan work within a team environment to achieve team/department objectives.nAbility to be proactive and work independently.
Desirable SkillsnSystems requirements – Navision experience would be preferred.nExperience in manufacturing environment.
