**The types of things you'll be doing in this role**:
- Managing administrative tasks and chasing client dependencies
- Coordinating itineraries, booking travel and managing diaries
- Provide HR and financial administrative support when required
- Develop internal processes and track operational performance
- Be a part of creative brainstorming and problem-solving sessions
- Support the development of the overall company marketing plan
- Coordinate social and learning initiatives within the company
- Be a key contact/escalation point for clients and staff queries
**Required skills and experience**:
- Proficient in data entry and diary management
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. As a company, we are committed to ongoing personal development; a range of training will be available throughout this role.

- Salary £30,000
- Full time
- Office-based
- 9:00am - 5:30pm
- School hours considered
- Holiday 20 Days + Bank Holidays
- Responsible to the Managing Director
