**JOB TITLE: LEAD - TALENT ACQUISITION**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create strong talent pipelines for our Company’s current and future hiring needs.
- Communicate regularly with the UK TA Manager, HRBPs and the department leads in Aberdeen to get a clear view of the Company’s hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Maintain regular reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events in the UK.
- Coordinate the activities of those assigned members of the HR Shared Services Talent.
- Acquisition team in Chennai at all stages in the hiring lifecycle.
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies in the UK.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Good understanding of UK recruitment practices.
- Knowledge of standard hiring practices, recruitment metrics, interview techniques, and management systems and approaches.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks in the UK.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and able to handle multiple projects.
- Have a keen eye for detail whilst being results-oriented and able to stay calm under pressure and in uncertainty.
- Previously managed a team of recruiters.
- Proactive approach to HR and Talent Acquisition as a value-add function.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition
- mostly in the UK.
- O&G / energy sector experience is preferred.
- Having previously worked in a multinational organization would be an advantage.
- Having worked alongside an HR Shared Service would be desirable.
