Hobson Prior are looking for a Clinical Device Support professional to join a brilliant biopharmaceutical organization on a contract basis located in Slough. Our Client is focused on improving the livelihood and challenges of people living with severe diseases.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will ensure patient safety and compliance with regulations in all clinical trials requiring approval by the IRB/EC.
- Plan the overall strategy for the different medical devices that will be used in the clinical trials.
- Ensure the appropriate setup and assessment of medical devices used in clinical trials by being part of the Clinical Devices team.
- Conduct a needs assessment with clinical teams to determine whether their needs are current and future.
- Assess the technical performance of clinical trial devices.

- Expertise in the use of methodical approaches.
- The ability to pay attention to details.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to others.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree with relevant academic experience.
- A minimum of 5-8 years' experience working in the medical devices/pharmaceutical industry.
- A thorough understanding of the issues and challenges of selecting appropriate and fit for purpose devices through Phase 4 trials.
- An understanding of 21CFR part 820, EU Medical Device Regulations.
- You should have experience with Syringes, Needles, Pumps, and Wearable Sensors.
