We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Housekeeper to lead our established Housekeeping team Wahalesborough Resort and spa, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the department.

Our Housekeeping team set the standards for 5 start resort

We have fantastic expansion plans over the coming months and need a experienced, process driven head housekeeper to help deliver a 5 start experience to all our customers

**The role of the Head Housekeeper**:

- To ensure the Resort and all its cottages are maintained in clean and hygienic condition at all times
- To communicate with the resort Director
- Planning staff rotas in conjunction with reservations
- Organisation of staff training in accordance with employee needs and health and safety requirements
- To promote positive working relationships with the team and all colleagues throughout the Resort
- Management of expenditure and payroll costs in line with budgets
- Analyse guest feedback and identify ways to improve guest satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a demanding housekeeping role ( caravan / lodge parks preferred )
- Proven management experience
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- A passion for providing the highest level of service
- Pro-active approach to work duties
