We are looking for people to join our team of dedicated and caring staff of social care workers. Our rates of pay are among the highest in the area.
Primecare (North Wales) Ltd is a person centered employer. We operate in the Llandudno, Penrhyn Bay and Rhos on Sea areas.

We have provided quality care services to people in our local community since 1999.
Benefits in working in Primecare (North Wales) Ltd:

- No zero contracts. We agree your working week and you have contracted hours. You choose your hours of working be it part or full time.
- We pay towards your pension unless you choose to opt out.
- There are no age related pay scales. No hidden reductions. Fair pay for a fair day's work.
- Full holiday pay 5.6 weeks per year.
- All staff on the Rota system automatically get a 4 day weekend monthly with no loss of pay.
- You will always have your days off on consecutive days so you can have time off and rest properly.
- Full training is provided.
- Our basic rate of pay is £11.08 per hour plus mileage at 50 p a mile. Our mileage rate exceeds Government recommended tariff.
- Free uniforms.
- Primecare will pay all registration fees to Social Care Wales. We will support you to get your registration when you are ready to do
- Primecare will pay for your initial DBS if required.
- Car drivers are essential to this employment as you will be driving from client to client and working within a team.
