**The Role**:
We are actively looking for a HR Coordinator to join our People team at an exciting stage of development and growth on a 12month fixed term contract. This role is responsible for supporting the wider People team by administering our People platforms and benefit schemes as well as providing analysis of data reporting to the business. This is a new role and comes with excellent progression opportunities in all areas of HR (data analyst/database development/HR Advice/HRIS).

**About you**
- You operate with a high level of integrity and diligence as you will be responsible for managing sensitive and confidential data and information discreetly, with resilience, tact and diplomacy.
- You will have strong attention to detail as a large part of this role is analysing data used to produce trend analysis, review summaries and other data (new hires, transfers, terminations, etc.)
- You are an effective communicator at all levels, as you will be supporting the wider business by running reports and reviewing data, in turn, allowing the business to make informed and employee centric decisions
- You will be able to prioritise your own workload and effectively manage expectations. You will be providing general assistance with HR matters from employees and managers on a variety of areas including policy, compensation, employee benefits and other related HR issues.
