**Position**: Global Process Owner - Quality and Regulatory

**Based**: United Kingdom (all McCormick locations)

The Global Process Owner (GPO) - Regulatory will lead efforts to transform and improve regulatory business capabilities within the scope of Business Transformation at McCormick. This leader will work with Executive Stakeholders, Process Design Teams, Subject Matter Experts, IT Business Solutions teams, and other internal and external partners to establish the vision and design for how the designated end-to-end processes drive standardization and simplification in McCormick’s future state. The incumbent will also work with IT Business Solutions Team to govern and ensure alignment across the Business Transformation, IT and Global Quality and Regulatory Functional Strategies. This position will also identify and recommend the process improvements, policy changes, and technology enhancements required to achieve this vision. This role will also formulate a strategic quality and regulatory roadmap and work with global process teams, global functions, and internal & external customers to put these changes into practice.

**Accountability**:
Owns Regulatory Business Processes globally at McCormick. Identifies business capabilities necessary to enable McCormick differentiators and achieves the business case benefits. Ensures consistency across functions and between processes.
Develop persuasive and impactful presentations conveying complex ideas in a simple manner; manage stakeholder expectations including global, executive audiences. Makes business decisions regarding design of the Global solution. Articulates global business strategy for the regulatory workstream with adherence to standardized global business processes.
Monitor milestones, deliverables, and budget; create visibility to program deliverables and escalate for efficient and effective proactive resolution of obstacles. Identifies and drives the vision across the Regulatory organization of analytic processes and real-time reporting, working closely with the analytics team. Works with business stakeholders on issue resolution and where required, the issue and decision processes. Manages, leads and develops talent to ensure high-performing talent, succession depth and diverse and inclusive teams. Leads and supervises assigned SME’s for designated process team support. Demonstrates the competencies including strategic thinking and leadership, faster-decision making, personal accountability, actionable insights, agility to achieve objectives.
Establish direction and provide inspirational leadership to program / project team members to generate momentum to build success.
Develop and implement communications, training, and change roadmap to achieve program success - including adoption.
Create and connect employees across the global organization to the vision, mission, objectives and measures of success for global and/or regional program deployments.
Effectively manage diversity and inclusion in complex global initiatives where employees and partners work across geographies, time zones, and cultures.

**Qualifications**:
10-15 years of experience leading regulatory processes with direct continuous and process improvement experience.
5-10 years in a leadership role and/or delivering complex projects.
Expertise with systems that support product lifecycle management, regulatory and quality processes.
Understanding of SAP Product Compliance and/or Selerant Devex solutions.
Experience leading, developing, and coaching employees and high performing teams in a virtual environment with a geographically dispersed organization.
