Glory has an exciting opportunity for a Software & Professional Services Marketing Manager to work closely with the EMEA Field Marketing and Sales teams to develop Marketing interventions which will be integral to the realisation of Glory EMEA Software &Professional Services regional growth plans.

**Location**: UK - Remote with occasional travel to EMEA offices/local office

**Software & Professional Services Marketing Manager Responsibilities**:
The main focus of this role will be leading the creation and execution of a marketing plan focused on promoting our portfolio of software and professional services solutions. To excel in the role, you will need to have an excellent understanding of the softwaremarket dynamics as well as a strong expertise in digital marketing.
- Work closely with the EMEA Sales teams as well as with the EMEA Marketing team members, to lead the creation and delivery of demand creation initiatives to drive absolute growth in the funnel and the achievement of the business plan target
- Develop effective marketing strategies focused on promoting our software and professional services solutions through content marketing and social media marketing
- Research market trends in Retail and Banking and identify customer needs, pain points, and buying objections
- Define key marketing activities and goals to drive the acquisition of new customers
- Work closely with the Product Management, Business Development and Professional Services teams to establish clear product positioning and messaging guidelines
- Put in place a comprehensive programme to quickly drive brand recognition and awareness of our software and professional services credentials in the Retail and Banking Industries
- Provide regular funnel reporting and insight to guide the marketing strategy
- Coordinate development of a consolidated marketing plan to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Ensure consistency of approach, branding, messaging and ensure a sharing of best practice throughout all EMEA countries
- Provide Marketing support to the countries organisations and deliver thought leadership interactions with customers to drive business growth
- Develop key strategic presentations and other materials as needed for the market in support of the sales team
- You will be expected to bring innovation and new ideas to winning new business and developing client relationships including ways to differentiate vs competition
- Contribute to deliver the Software target in the budget

**Software & Professional Services Marketing Manager Requirements**:

- Degree qualified, ideally with post-graduate qualifications in Marketing
- 5+ years experience in a Software Marketing Communications/ Marketing Manager or Campaigns Marketing Manager role (B2B and SaaS marketing experience will be considered an advantage)
- Direct experience of working with customer organisations and sales teams across multiple countries
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience of operating in a matrix environment would be advantageous
- Demonstrable experience of delivering Marketing campaigns with a tangible ROI into the marketplace
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptionally strong communication skills
- You will have well developed influencing and presentation skills and be confident, resilient, and focused
- Be able to demonstrate a track record of being pro-active and delivering high-quality work
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Strong writing skills, editing and proofing ability, and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly motivated, a self-starter, committed to high performance, and have a track record of furthering your personal development and career progression
- Ability to think strategically and the energy and determination to realise these strategies at a tactical level, understand what will work in reality
- Travel will be EMEA focused as needed (~5% max)
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to speak French or German would be considered an advantage
