As a residential support worker, you will work within a small children's home providing care with the children's educational, career, physical, mental and spiritual well-being, You will do this with one to one support and by working together with colleagues and multi agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people in your care.
- You will have experience in working with children or adults in a care or supported living setting or with children in a classroom environment
- You will have a flexible approach to working
- You will hold a full UK's drivers' licence
- QCF level 3 in health and social care children and young people or a willingness to complete
